UK automotive testing expertise firm AB Dynamics has introduced its acquisition of US dynamometer-based testing providers supplier Venshure Take a look at Companies (VTS).
The utmost consideration payable for VTS, which is being acquired from its two shareholders, is $30 million. The preliminary money consideration is $15 million.
VTS is targeted on growing and deploying EVs for US automotive OEMs. It includes amenities that supply such testing providers as mileage accumulation and evaluation of EV powertrain and battery efficiency in excessive weather conditions. Its standardized procedures are used to validate EV battery vitality consumption and vary testing by producing SAE J1634 high quality knowledge.
