    • Dwight Farmers’ Market – Nov 16 will hold their 3rd Annual Christmas Market at Lake of Bays Garden Centre.
      Their will be many vendors, Santa Claus, live music, food trucks and kid’s games. Learn more
    • Muskoka Arts & Crafts Market: November 8 – December 8 Join Muskoka Arts & Crafts at The Chapel Gallery for our 2023 Holiday Market! We will have local musicians playing Holiday music, food & drinks by tickets, face painting, children’s craft table & an opportunity for family holiday photos with a custom MAC backdrop.  Learn more
    • Bala Parade: November 16 Ho! Ho! Ho! Santa will be here starting at 1pm in front of The Kee to Bala. Free ice skating follows at the Bala Arena. Learn more
    • Pratt’s Christmas Market: November 16 Pratt’s Christmas Market has even more  vendors then last year’s event. This is the perfect chance to get a head start on your Christmas shopping. Learn more
    • Bracebridge Festival of Lights: November 22 – Kick off the holiday season in Downtown Bracebridge from 6pm – 9pm Enjoy some great shopping, sing along to Christmas carols , visit with Santa and check out the trackless train for the kids Learn more
    • Gateway to the Holidays Kick-off Event: Come to the Muskoka Wharf on November 22 for the official tree lighting, holiday shopping, pet fashion show, and more. Add your home or business to the popular Holiday Lights Road Map (with prizes!), and shop ‘til you drop at the fantastic holiday markets throughout Gravenhurst. Learn more
    • The Shipyards Muskoka Marketplace will be open late November 22 and will offer ballots for purchases. Prizes will be drawn every 1/2 hour during the event.
    • Christmas Market at Lake of Bays Garden Centre: November 18 The greenhouses will be bustling with vendors, as well as a large group of vendors braving whatever weather comes our way in our outdoor vendor space. Learn more

    • Sawdust City Brewing Co: Holiday Market November 23: Have some holiday shopping to do. Sawdust City Brewing Co. is having a holiday market 11AM-5PM. You can browse through crafts, gifts, jewellery, home decor and so much more.
    • Muskoka Discovery Centre will host a festive Christmas Market on November 22nd from 1pm to 8pm, November 23rd from 10am to 4pm, and November 24th from 10am to 4pm. Additionally, you can bring your pets to have their picture taken with Santa on November 24th from 1pm to 3pm. Join us for a variety of vendors and fun activities. Admission to the market is by donation. Don’t miss this fantastic event to kick off the holiday season!
    • Gravenhurst Parade: The 71st Annual Santa Claus Parade will start at 11am November 23. This year they will honor classic holiday movies. Learn more
    • Making Spirits Bright ~ A Community Tree Lighting: Join in the fun November 24th 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Port Sydney Community Hall. There will be games, crafts, soup + Sammie buffet and silent auction. Have questions?

    • Port Carling Parade: The Port Carling Lions Club Santa Claus parade is November 30. This is a night parade starting at 6:30pm.  Learn more
    • Bracebridge Parade: December 6 The Rotary Club of Bracebridge Muskoka Lakes is proud to host the 2024 Bracebridge Santa Claus Parade on Friday December 1st starting at 6PM. Learn more
    • Visit the Lighting of the Bressette Homestead Heritage Park in Port Severn on December 6th from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Admission is FREE. Learn more 
  • Bala’s Trek to Bethlehem: December 7 Follow the journey of Joseph and Mary on their first Christmas. A family event with refreshments at the end of the walk.  Learn more 
  • Port Severn, Honey Harbour, Severn Township Santa Claus Parade will be held in Honey Harbour. The Route: Honey Harbour Road, Muskoka #5 starting at Violet Drive and ending at Community Centre Drive December 7th starting at 1pm.

  • The Barra MacNeils – An East Coast Christmas December 12, is a musical potpourri of traditional MacNeil family favourites gleaned from Christmas ceilidhs, midnight masses and the general festive frolic that accompanies each holiday season.   •  Train to Santa: December 21 The Portage Flyer locomotive and authentic coaches have a thousand lights. Enjoy a cup of free hot chocolate and cookies (while supplies last) and sing along to the carols while you wait to board the train. Once on board, you will gently ride alongside the Muskoka River to The Purser’s Cabin. Santa is waiting to hear “your side of the story”.   • Torchlight Parade at Hidden Valley Ski Area: December 24 An annual family-friendly favourite, the Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade can be viewed from the Chalet or the base of the Flying Dutchman. Watch our Snow School instructors and Ski Patrollers descend the Flying Dutchman carrying brightly lit torches in a beautiful procession of lights. Santa even joins in the Parade (you didn’t know he could ski, did you?). There will be children’s activities and live entertainment. Learn more
